Policies

Late Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life happens, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. This policy helps me offer appointment slots to other clients who may be on a waiting list.

 

15-Minute Late Policy (Including Parking):

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please communicate that with me. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service. Please account for parking time when planning your arrival. 

 

Refund/Redo Policy:

If there is something about your hair that needs tweaked, please let me know within ONE WEEK for an adjustment appointment. Refunds will not be given as my prices are based on time and product used

Sick Policy:

If you're feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Your health and the safety of others is my top priority. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Kids + Extra Guest Policy:

I typically do not allow children to join us during your hair appointment. With proper communication + planning- I do make exceptions. Overall, the safety and comfort of all clients comes first. Please ask me if you’d like to bring a child + extra guest with you.

FAQs

How do I book an appointment?

As a new client- I ask that you fill out my application to ensure your hair goals are met + we are a good fit. As a current client- please email me at ashlaurynhair@gmail.com. I will respond within 48 hrs. I also recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, I do offer gift cards! They make the perfect gift for any occasion. You can purchase them through my email or in the salon during your visit.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. I also offer contactless payment options for your convenience.

 

How can I prepare for my appointment?

For the best experience, please arrive with clean + dry hair. If you're getting a haircut or color, feel free to bring photos of your desired look. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to ask me for advice!

 

Do you sell any products?

Yes, I carry a selection of professional-grade products. I’m happy to recommend the best products for your needs during your appointment.

 

Where do I park?

There is free parking available on the street + on the side of the salon next to Cup O Joe (where you can get yummy coffee before your appointment) If you're having trouble finding parking, feel free to give me a call- I’m happy to help!
